Announcing María Pousá as Chief Growth Officer

María Pousá will lead ISPD’s Global Front Office and also serve as a member of the Executive Committee.

We’re excited to announce that María Pousá will be joining ISPD as Chief Growth Officer, where she’ll be responsible for growing ISPD globally and strengthening our strategies to further support our clients’ needs. 

Today, ISPD acts as an experienced partner to help businesses build their brands, increase sales, and find new innovative opportunities to grow.  To meet these needs, the Marketing and Sales Operations teams, will now report to her. 

Before joining ISPD, María served as Chief Marketing Officer at Integral Ad Science (IAS), where she led a global team that successfully made IAS a standard in the advertising industry. Previously, she was the SVP of Marketing at Mediaocean, a multinational advertising software company. Prior to that, she held a wide variety of posts at large firms and startups such as AOL, Yahoo!, Kantar IBOPE, and Innovid.  

Originally from Argentina, María spent the last 20 years living and working in the United States. She holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science (Universidad de Buenos Aires) as well as a Master’s in Media Studies (New School University), and an Executive MBA (Saïd Business School, Oxford University). María shares: “I want to help build an even stronger connection with our clients from a strategic management point of view, helping them grow with the appropriate tools and processes in a world like today’s that is changing so fast. For this, we’re going to work with the entire ISPD team, incorporating new methodologies and fostering creativity to give the best of ourselves.”
