1. First of all, are you 18?
The Access to ISPD Network is PROHIBITED for those younger than 18.
2. Who are we?
The entity responsible for the processing of personal data through ISPD Network is ISPD Network, S.A., which belongs to the ISPD Group with CIF A81872095 and domiciled at Calle de Apolonio Morales 13C, 28036 Madrid. 3. What do we want to tell you with our Privacy Policy?
With the Privacy Policy, we wish to inform you of all that related to obtaining and processing personal data through ISPD Network.
In addition to complying with the Regulation on Personal Data Protection, we are going to include, clearly and transparently all that which we understand is useful and necessary so that you can find out and decide about the processing of your personal through ISPD Network.
4. Who is the Privacy Policy meant for
The Privacy Policy is meant for the Users of ISPD Network, who may be classified into two types:
– Those who browse by ISPD Network and may provide personal data through some type of form.
– Those who register on ISPD Network, if ISPD Network permits it.
In either case, in order for you to provide us with your personal data, you must have previously accepted the Privacy Policy.
5. What personal data do we obtain?
First of all, we want you to know that according to the Regulation, personal data is all that information about you that allows us to identify you in some way or another (that is to say, directly or indirectly).
The data that we obtain fall into the following categories:
– Data requested on the various forms, which are published at any time on ISPD Network as well as the request forms in the information report or the contact form.
– Data necessary in order to be able to prove that you have given us your consent to collect the data in the previous point (at least, identification, IP, date and time).
– Data that you can voluntarily provide during your interaction with the contents of ISPD Network such as clicks, comments or the selection of certain content.
– Data obtained by means of cookies or similar instruments, if the case.
6. Why do we ask for your consent?
Your consent is essential so that we can obtain your data. In the case of ISPD Network, you provide your consent when:
– you check the acceptance box of the Privacy Policy; and
– you press the sent button on the form with your personal data.
In addition to the acceptance of the Privacy Policy, we may propose some additional box (ex. in order to send commercial correspondence) that you may decide whether or not to check. However, we need you to always check the Privacy Policy in order to be able to process your personal data.

7. Why do we need your personal data?
The purposes for which we process the data are the following:

– To allow you to be able to make use of the services that ISPD Network offers.
– To permit the management of the account and the profile of the User when this option is available.
– To send information regarding options, changes, improvements and updates.
– Management of incidents
c) Based on a legal obligation.
– Compliance of legal obligations
– Consultations related to the exercise of rights or claims.
d) Based on legitimate interest.
– To respond to consultations and provide required information.
– Internal administrative fines of the Group to which ISPD Network, S.A. belongs
– Fraud Prevention
– To guarantee the security of the network and information, including the non-authorized access to electronic communication networks, the unintentional distribution of codes and stopping attacks of “service degeneration” and damage to computing systems and electronic correspondence.
For the execution of these purposes, we will only ask you for the data that is strictly necessary. At any time, different purposes may apply, however, in any case, they will only involve that essential data for which we have your consent.
Likewise, upon your acceptance of the Privacy Policy, you will permit us to be able to communicate your data, when appropriate and related to the indicated purposes, to the companies of Group ISPD: Mamvo Performance, S.L.U.; Marketing Manager Servicios de Marketing, S.L.U.; B2marketplace Ecommerce Consulting Group, S.L.; Rebold Marketing, S.L.U.; Rebold Marketing & Communication, S.L.U.; Antevenio, S.R.L.;, Antevenio France, S.R.L.; Digilant Inc.; Antevenio México SA de CV; Antevenio Argentina, S.R.L.; Blue Digital Servicios de Marketing, S.A.; Filipides Services SA de CV; Dglnt SA de CV; Digilant Services SA de CV; Acceso Content in Context, S.A. de CV; Acceso Colombia, S.A.S.; Digilant Colombia, S.A.S.; Rebold Panamá, S.A.; Happyfication, Inc., Antevenio Publicité, S.A.; Digilant Perú, S.A.C.; Digilant Chile, S.P.A. and any other company that joins the group at any time.
Some of said Entities are located outside the European Economic Space. In such cases, we provide the adequate guarantees in order to ensure that your personal information is protected at all times in conformity with the applicable Regulation.
On the other hand, and logically, if a competent public Administration, Court or Tribunal requires information from us, we are obligated to provide it to them as well as in the case of a Law that imposes on us an obligation to communicate the information to a third party.
8. For how long will we keep the data?
The periods during which we will keep the data are established in conformity with different criteria:
– The data of your profile and those obtained by your activity on the Web Site and/or with regard to the products and services of ISPD Network shall be maintained while you continue having that activity (ex. you access the portal, you open the correspondence that reaches you, you access the contents of the Web site, you continue using the products and services, etc.).
– When you cease such activity during a prolonged period (which we understand must be a period of between 6 and 12 months) we will proceed to eliminate your data.
– With regard to the specific data that permits us to verify your consent to the processing by means of the acceptance of the Privacy Policy, we will keep it while you maintain the activity and subsequently for three years in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation.
If at any time there was a Regulation that obligated us to maintain data for a time longer than that indicated, we will do so in order to comply with said Regulation.
9. What rights do you have?
The rights that you have with regard to your personal data are:
– Right of Access: The right to request and gratuitously obtain information regarding the nature, origin, source or purpose of the processing that affects your data.
– Right of Rectification: The right to modify that data that is incorrect or incomplete.
– Right of Erasure (right <<to be forgotten>>): The right to request the deletion or elimination or unenrollment of your personal data at any time.
– Right of Opposition: The right to decide that no specific processing of your data is performed.
– Right of Data Portability: The right to request the transfer of your data to other companies, Institutions, Organizations or yourself.
– Right to Limit Processing: The right to restrict the use of your personal data, which shall be kept for the purpose of complying with legal obligations.
You may exercise your rights by sending a written correspondence to the centralized services for the management of rights of the ISPD Group at the address C/ Apolonio Morales, 13C, 28036 Madrid or at the e-mail address privacy@ispd.com, thereby indicating“Data Protection Rights” in the subject line.
In addition, you may revoke your consent as long as you wish, for which there are various options:
– Send a correspondence in that regard to privacy@ispd.com.
– In the case of commercial correspondence that we may send you, by clicking on the unenrollment link that is included at the end of each correspondence.
10. And what happens to the browsing data?
With regard to the browser data and in general, the data that we may collect by means of cookies and similar instruments, we refer you to the Cookie Policy of ISPD Network published in the footer of each one of its pages.
11. What do we expect from you?
We simply expect that you please be responsible when sharing information. We cannot control nor review the legality of the information you provide and therefore, in any case, we will be responsible for any consequences arising from the illegality, illegitimacy, change, improper use, fraud or sanction arising from the information that you have provided.
In this regard, if you provide us with data, we understand that you ensure that it is correct, accurate and that it does not belong to third parties. And if it did, we understand that you have their verifiable consent in order to provide us with their data for the indicated purposes.
12. And if you do not agree with something?
In the event that you have any concern, complaint, suggestion or any other issue regarding the processing of data in ISPD Network you may contact the Data Protection Officer of the ISPD Group by means of the electronic e-mailsprivacy@ispd.com and/or dpo@ispd.com. If you wish to contact them, do not hesitate, do so. We realize that one of the ways to improve is to listen to our users and take into account their concerns, requests proposals etc.
And in any case, you are entitled to submit a claim when you deem it appropriate to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es/) is the Authority of the county in which ISPD Network, S.A.. is located.
13. And finally…can the Policy change?
Yes of course, (almost) nothing is forever….
The Privacy Policy may change in the future, for example, due to regulatory changes, changes in ISPD Network, S.A., in its web, etc. Therefore, ISPD Network, S.A. reserves the right to unilaterally modify at any time and without prior notice, the conditions of this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to any regulatory change or any modification in the presentation and configuration of the web site.
